Second step: note down all the repeated question papers and give them first preference and then go for the other questions and prepare them. By doing like this you will cover maximum 60% of the topics . Third step : if your college provides you any important questions then prepare them . If you do like this then definitely you will score maximium above 60% of marks in your examination. First when you reach the exam hall then draw margins on the 2 sides of the answer sheet by using pencil and long scale. After completing all the formalities on the OMR sheet. Read your question paper completely once. Start with the answer which you know perfectly. Write down the heading PART A and under line it with pencil. Next give the question number which you are going to answer . Don’t cross the answers out of margins. Give side headings to your answers so that the person who will be correcting your answer will get good impression on you. Try to answer your question points wise but don’t use numbers instead use star marks or arrow marks . If you give numbers then they think only 3/4/5 points you wrote. Leave 2 lines of gap between 2 answers or you can draw 2 lines with pencil to differentiate your answer. so that it will be easy to identify the each answer. While writing the PART C . Case laws then write carefully by giving the side headings. Facts of the case: what are the facts relating to this case. Issues of the case: what is the issue in this case. Case law relating to this case: if you know any case law which related to this case then write it down. Decision given by the court : what was the decision given by the court. Conclusion of the case: what is the conclusion in this case. If you are done with writing all your answers then write as THE END and under line it and then strike of the empty pages using pencil.
