Deadly shooting of Vincent Belmonte involving East Cleveland officer: Investigation details released

A Cuyahoga County grand jury has declined to indict an East Cleveland Police Officer who was involved in the deadly shooting of Vincent Belmonte earlier this year on Jan. 5. That decision involving Sgt. Larry McDonald was announced during a Friday morning press conference from Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost.
