Leaked video of F-35C of the USS Carl Vinson suffering a ramp strike

The video shows the F-35C striking the ramp before bursting in flames and sliding the full length of the flight deck ending up in the sea. Video footage from the USS Carl Vinson’s Pilot’s Landing Aid Television (PLAT) camera has just been leaked online. It shows what occurred when a F-35C of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 147 crashed on January 24, 2022.
