AM2R 100% Speedrun Tutorial Part 1 - Golden Temple

This is part 1 of a tutorial that will walk through the 100% speedrun for AM2R. This video series assumes a knowledge of game mechanics and movement. If you aren't sure about that, my basic movement tutorial is a good place to start. This will not be super helpful if you just want to know the location of all the items.
