Budget Festive Pork, Apple & Stuffing Sausage Rolls!

Apart from pigs, who doesn't love a good sausage roll? Whether it's a cheapo one from our much beloved bakery chain, a posh one from a pub, or in this case made by yourself. Sausage rolls are really easy to make, and in this festive version I added a bit of apple to the mix and topped with fennel and sesame seeds. The great thing as well is you can play about with the fillings, you don't have to stick to some rigid formula. Also, in keeping with saving money, these cost very little to make. It's a few sausages, some pastry, apple and a few other bits and bobs.
