She works hard 😅 She takes care of me and I do the same in return 🤝 I feed Alice (my starter) 2x a day either 1:4:4 (if it's warmer) or 1:6:6 (if it's colder) and give a few stretch and folds about 20min after feeding. Sometimes I'll even do an extra set after an hour but generally just once. Not only does this increase oxygen which is good for the yeast but it also builds strength.
