Easy-to-Make Homemade Cat Food Recipe - Violet's Turkey Florentine

Ready to make your own fresh and healthy homemade cat food in less than 15 minutes? This simple recipe is packed with healthy ingredients, essential vitamins, minerals, and taurine important for optimal health. Here are the ingredients: 1 pound of turkey 1-2 ounces of spinach: spinach is a good source of: 2 Tbsp coconut oil 1 cup bone broth or water 1/2 tsp Holistic Vet Blend Omega-3 fish oil 2 Tbsp Holistic Vet Blend Premix Directions: 1. Place a pan or a deep pot over medium heat. Add a tablespoon of coconut oil to the pan. Allow the oil to slowly melt and evenly coat the bottom of the pan. 2. Once the oil is melted, add the ground turkey to the pan. Break it up with a spatula and stir it around so that it cooks evenly. Continue to cook the turkey until it's no longer pink and is fully cooked through. This typically takes 6-8 minutes. 3. Add the fresh spinach to the pan with the turkey. Stir it in until it wilts down, and mix in with the turkey. 4. Blend everything together. Chill the water or bone broth prior to adding to the cooked meat so it cools quickly. You could also throw in a few ice cubes. This cools the recipe quickly. Otherwise, allow the recipe to cool before adding the Holistic Vet Blend premix and fish oil. 5.
