Wilbur/Tom Morga) is being transferred to another psychiatric facility, but he escapes and returns to his hometown of Haddonfield, Illinois. Michael's psychiatrist, Dr. Loomis (Donald Pleasence) follows the killer in an attempt to prevent him from murdering his young niece, Jamie (Danielle Harris). Loomis turns to local police sheriff Ben Meeker (Beau Starr) for assistance.
