Hi everyone, this is a meal by mom. Today's menu is 'Spicy Noodles'. It's really chewy and tasty because I used kalguksu noodles that is thicker than regular noodles. Thank you. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Ingredient: for 2] -1/2 cucumber -1/2 onion (larger one) -5 pieces lettuce -250g noodles (kalguksu) -1 boiled egg [Sauce] -2 minced garlics -1 tbsp red chili pepper paste -2 tbsp red chili powder -1 tbsp soy sauce (Adjust seasoning -1~2 tbsp sugar or honey -2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar -1 tbsp sesame oil -1 tbsp sesame seeds [How to make] 1. Shred cucumber and slice onion thinly and cut lettuce into bite-sized pieces. 2. Mix all the sauce ingredients to make the spicy noodle sauce. 3. Boil noodles (kalguksu) according to its recipe, then rinse it in cold water and drain. 4. Put noodles into a bowl and mix with 1 tbsp of spicy sauce. 5. Mix cucumber, onion, lettuce, and remaining sauce evenly. 6. Put cucumber slices, lettuce, and boiled eggs to garnish. 7. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and sesame oil to finish.
