Recipe- 6 bread slices- Milk Bread only 1 cup normal milk 1 ltr milk - Boiled to half Kesar soaked milk- 2 tbsp Elaichi/ Cardamom powder- 2 tsp Chopped nuts Milk powder- 2 packets (small packets- 10 rs) Sugar- 3 tbsp 1.Reduce milk to half and add sugar, Kesar milk, elaichi, sry fruits. 2. Make a paste of milk powder with 1- 2 tbsp water. Add water slowly, make a thick paste. Add chopped nuts. 3.Remove the brown sides of milk bread, add it in milk and squeeze out milk, as much milk as possible. 4.Add the powder milk paste and roll it into logs. 5.Arrange it into dish and add the reduced milk. You can either chill or serve as it is. Tip- 1. Take milk bread, normal breads have high sallt content. 2.Squeeze out as much milk as possible, this will make the rolls absorb more of flavoured milk. 3.You can add some condensed milk in the flavoured milk to make it richer.
