Massive Summer Snow, Preparation Days 1 and 2

The predictions are in, and we are supposed to get 12 inches of snow starting Labor Day night. That means that we have had only 92 days between the last snow of last season and the first snow of this season. Most of our garden is still not ready to harvest, so we need to protect what we can. This means quickly building some cold frames and a greenhouse. Will we beat the snow? Will almost an entire year's harvest be destroyed under a foot of white powder? Watch to find out.
