This is a surgical procedure for 18 year young lady with complaints of pelvic pain. MRI - 12*10*10 cm Dermoid cyst of Right ovary Care taken to prevent Peritoneal spill of cyst content using Endobag. Effort taken to preserve as much ovarian tissue as possible for fertility as she's an young lady.
