Check out this awesome set up for a triangle choke. This is a great sequence to add to your drills! Grab the collar and sleeve. Open your legs and hip escape into the scissor sweep position. Move your knee on top of his bicep and push it to break his grips. Throw the leg over his head into the triangle and lock it.
