Cervical erosion: A condition where the cervix becomes inflamed and irritated. 5. Polyps or fibroids: Growths in the uterus or cervix that can cause abnormal discharge. Symptoms 1. Abnormal vaginal discharge: Thick, cloudy, yellowish, or white discharge with a strong odor. 2. Itching or burning: In the vagina, vulva, or thighs. 3. Redness and swelling: Of the vulva, vagina, or cervix. 4.
