Follow @ Instagram 👉   / merecipesaaataste   ***************************************************************************************************** ओट्स डोसा | Oats Dosa | Healthy Instant Oats Dosa Recipe |Instant Oats Dosa | Oats Recipe for Weight loss | Oats Pancake Recipe | Healthy Breakfast Ideas |Instant Oats Dosa | ओट्स डोसा की रेसिपी | Healthy Dosa for Breakfast| 10-MINUTE OATS CHILLA Recipe for Weight Loss ***************************************************************************************************** INGREDIENTS : 1 cup white oats 1 small chopped onion ¼ cup grated carrot 2 tbsp chopped capsicum 2 tbsp tomato chopped 1 tsp chopped ginger 1-2 chopped green chili few curry leaves chopped 2 tbsp chopped coriander 3 tbsp gram flour (besan) pinch of turmeric 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp chat masala salt to taste METHOD : Add 1 cup of white oats and all the ingredients mentioned above in a mixing bowl. Then, mix roughly before adding water. Next, add 1 cup of water little by little and mix to make a thick batter. Now, set this aside for 10 minutes to rest. Heat dosa griddle/ tawa on medium heat, when it is slightly hot add a few drops of oil and spread it with the brush. Take a ladle of batter pour in the center and spread to make dosa. Cover and cook on medium heat for 1 minute or until the base turns golden. After 1 minute Drizzle oil over if needed before flipping and turn to the other side and cook for another 1 minute. Press gently for even cooking. The oats dosa/chilla is ready. Repeat to finish all. Serve hot with Chutney /Curd and Enjoy!
