To celebrate Mario’s 40th anniversary, I’m ranking every major Mario sub-series from my least favorite to my all-time favorite. These aren’t just spin-offs; they’re full-fledged franchises with their own identities. That means series like Mario Kart, Paper Mario, Super Mario Galaxy, Mario & Luigi, Mario Party, Mario Tennis, and Mario Golf are all here.
