Ingredients used are- For fries- Boiled Potatoes- 5-6 pcs Panko bread crumbs (easily available in market)- 1 cup Pizza seasoning-1 Tbsp Chilli flakes- 1 Tbsp Black pepper powder- 1 Tsp Cornflour- 2 Tbsp Salt to taste Sprinkle some dry maida or cornflour to flat the dough! Oil for frying the prepared fries! For Sweet chilli sauce- Water- 2 cups Sugar- 1 cup Garlic- 1 Tbsp Vinegar- 1 Tbsp Chilli flakes-2-3 Tbsp Honey- 1 Tbsp Bring a boil and then add cornflour slurry (2 Tbsp cornflour+ water as required) Cook for 2-3 mins until the sauce thickens a bit.
