Hello everyone as the opposite of whats stated in the video we did manage to platinum this walkthrough in 1 playthrough so this is a 100 percent walkthrough on 1999 mode with all collectibles (Voxophones, lockpicks, safes, Vigors, Infusions, Telescopes and kinetoscopes.) This one was tough as their are alot of kill related achievements that made the run hard. As we played on 1999 mode, everyone has increased damage and accuracy and if we didnt have money to respawn GAME OVER! We managed to beat it and collect every trophy/achievement possible in 1 run that includes all kill related achievements as well as not spending any money in the dollar bill vending machine!
