Garlic-Ginger-Green Chilli - 4-5 tbsp. Finely chopped onion - 2 Soy sauce - 2 tbsp. Salt as per taste Black pepper powder - 1 tbsp. Peri-peri masala - 1/2 tbsp. (Optional) Paneer - 50 gm (Optional) Note:- Add raw paneer in the stuffing. FOR MOMOS COVERING:- All-purpose flour or Wheat flour - 4 cups Salt - 1/4 tbsp. Oil - 2-3 tbsp. Lukewarm water to knead, and make a soft dough. Note:- Keep the dough for at least 15 to 20 minutes. FOR MOMOS CHUTNEY:- Dry Red Chilli (Add as per your intake) Boiled tomatoes - 5-6 Oil - 1 tbsp. Chopped garlic - 6-7 cloves Chopped ginger (optional) Finely chopped onion - 1 Salt Black pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp. Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
