These are the White Chrism at Blue Creek Apartments,the Book of Lost Memories at the Gas Station where you get the Steel Pipe,the Obsidian Goblet at the Silent Hill Historical Society,and the Book of Crimson Ceremony at the Otherworld/Nightmare version of Lakeview Hotel. Having all 4 locks you into Rebirth Ending,so make sure that's the one you want. Then just beat the game as usual. In this ending,James takes Mary's body out onto the lake.
