C Major I-Imaj7-IV-IVmaj7-V-V7 Worship Chord Progression

Here's another original worship chord progression/talk music that I've made up. It's basically a I-IV-V progression. I basically play arpeggios of the major chords, then before I go to the next chord, I add the 7th of that chord, (ie I major 7, IV major7, V dominant 7th). So, you'd play the I chord, a C major chord (C-E-G), then before you go to the next chord, you play a B (vii of C). Then, you play the IV chord, F major (F-A-C), then before you go to the next chord, you play an E (vii of F). Last, you play the V chord, G major (G-B-D), then you play an E ( which is the dominant 7th or b7 of G). P.S., I hope I didn't look too bad in this video, my face was still a little swollen/numb from having just came back from the dentist.
