Luke 1:18-25 December 15th, 2024 Joseph would have been so excited to get married to the young Mary. He had high hopes as a husband, father and leader of his family for years to come. Perhaps he could even one day become one of the elders in Nazareth. All of those hopes seem to come crashing down when he heard the seeming harsh news – Mary is pregnant. Hopes crashed. But the Lord gives Joseph a gift of even a greater hope that eradicated his hopelessness.
