This Maguro Zuke Don Recipe is one of my favorites. It is easy to make and requires few ingredients. It is flavored with traditional Japanese seasonings. Tuna is marinated in dashi, mirin, soy sauce, sesame oil and salt. This is then topped on white rice and finished with a green onion garnish.
