Japanese marinated tuna in donburi | Maguro no zukedon | Easy Japanese recipe

maguro no zukedon is a Japanese marinated tuna donburi. "maguro" means tuna, "zuke" means pickled "don" comes from "donburi". It is a very common dish in Japan, easy to make and very good.
