Anonymous and desperately concerned parent contacts Mayor Shawyn Patterson Howard office, the Mount Vernon Police and Public Works Departments and gets no response. Resident takes action by taping off the area and begs for the City of Mount Vernon to do something to clean up the toilet tissue, sanitary napkins, and feces in the new park and stop raw sewage from running into the Hutch River. The foul mess could be spreading coronavirus.
