Mushrooms Clean & Prep Mushrooms ko ache se dhoke dry kar lein. Inki thin skin layer gently peel kar lein. Kuch mushrooms ki stems remove karke stuffing ke liye rak lein. Kuch stems ko finely chop karke tikki mixture ke liye use karein. 2. Make the Stuffing Ek bowl me: grated paneer chopped onion beetroot sprouts coriander chilli flakes garam masala black salt black pepper lemon juice Sab ko ache se mix karke stuffing ready kar lein. 3. Fill the Mushrooms Stuffing ko mushroom cavity me halke haathon se press karke fill karein. Jo stuffing bache, usme chopped mushroom stems mix karke tight bind karein. 4. Shape the Tikkis Mixture ko haath par rakhkar circular tikki shape de dein. Upar se corn kernels garnish karein (optional). 5. Air Frying Air fryer ko 360°F (180°C) par preheat karein.
