DAY 1 PILATES + STRENGTH CHALLENGE: I'm so excited to begin this 7-day series with you, starting off strong with a 20 minute FULL BODY STRENGTH workout. What you'll need is a pair of dumbbells (medium-heavy strength) and a mat or supportive surface.
