Here’s the Quiche with Salmon and Spinach recipe: Ingredients: For the dough: 250g flour 120g cold butter 1 egg 2 pinches salt 1 tbsp cold water For the filling: 200g cooking cream 200g cream cheese 3 eggs 200g fresh salmon fillet (skinless) 2 handfuls of baby spinach 60-100g grated cheese (Gouda is preferred) 2 pinches black pepper (freshly ground) 2 pinches nutmeg 1 tsp salt Instructions: Prepare the dough: Mix the flour and salt, cut in the cold butter, and rub until crumbly. Add egg and knead into a smooth dough, adding water if needed. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Prepare the filling: Beat eggs with cream, cream cheese, salt, nutmeg, and pepper. Stir in grated cheese and chopped spinach. Assemble: Roll out dough, place in a greased tart pan, and chill again. Add the filling, then arrange salmon cubes and large pieces on top.
