‘We could have been names on that list’: Neighbors of Virginia Beach shooter say he kept to himself

Police identified DeWayne Craddock as the gunman of the Virginia Beach shooting May 31 that killed 12. Neighbors of Craddock recalled him having cameras inside his home. Amanda Archer and Cassetty Howerin described Craddock as a quiet, reserved man, who rarely spoke to them.
