Gardening 101: How to germinate seeds in a plastic bag

I'm actively growing in beds, pots, and hydroponics but I have a limited amount of space. I don't want to waste valuable planting real estate on seeds that won't germinate. Using a paper towel in a ziplock lets me germinate the seeds before I've even decided where I'm going to plant the seedlings or how many I'm going to keep.
