Fallout4 - Elder Maxson stuck in dialogueloop

Hey i need some help. So i'm trying to play through the Brotherhood of Stell storyline and just finished the mission where you kill all those supermutants to get the mininukes near the Brotherhood Airship. After finishing the quest the game wanted me to talk to elder maxon, but he got stuck in this dialogueloop (See video) and i cant get him to give me the next quest or whatever is suppose to happen here. If anyone has a clue how to fix this pls comment.
