It's a combination of charge minions, healing minions, and a few healing spells and damage spells. Of course the Truesilver Champion is there. The main thing with heroic Hearthstone bosses in Naxxramas is finding a way to turn their special abilities like Web Wrap and their infinite Haunted Creepers against them. For Maexxna, we do this by using healing minions with battle cries the will go back into our deck to use the next turn. This way we get endless healing from the Voodoo Doctor, Earthen Ring Farseer, and Guardian of Kings. Also, once you hit 9 mana, you can play the Guardian of Kings and one of the charge minions that costs 3 or less mana to start burning down the boss.
