Each takes advantage of the sun and reflects the local designs. Moreover, seven villas offer more privacy so that you can enjoy refined isolation. The resort has an arresting style that is a juxtaposition of modern and organic tones, unique to the Emerald Coast. This is courtesy of one of the most influential architects in Italy. Back in the early 1960s, Ismaili Prince Aga Khan IV decided to breathe new life into the flagging tourism industry of the Emerald Coast. He recruited architect Luigi Vietti to join the Architectural Committee of the authentic Costa Smeralda. Furthermore, the prince joined other influential architects of the time, including Savin Couelle, Jacques Couelle, and Busiri-Vici. This position meant that Vietti could help shape the future of the region. His designs included villas with plenty of living space. These designs paid homage to past eras when open land was still in abundance. Vietti didn't just design buildings; he also gave the Cerasarda ceramic factory graceful designs that distinguished interiors' elegance in the Emerald Coast region. He created the village of Porto Cargo and Aga Khan's own home, Cerbiatto Villas. After this, he turned his talents to creating Hotel Pitrizza. Other projects include the Solve Sposa complex in Porto Cervo and many grand villas found in the area. His work in Sardinia is characterized by his dedication to creating buildings that harmonize with their natural surroundings. Hotel Pitrizza is a prime example on the Liscia di Vacca bay. It was originally constructed in 1963, and Vietti's design helps it blend effortlessly into its surroundings. It calls on the rustic style of the terrain behind it. This is in addition to the beauty of the sea and sand found stretching before it. Moreover, in 1990, a complete restoration was undertaken. This brought a contemporary take that meant that Vietti's Mediterranean style was updated for the times. Recently, new sea view suites, as well as private villas, have been added. These new rooms now have access to a private beach or suite with a private pool, depending on which you choose. There are 39 rooms, 11 standard suites, 9 suites with a private pool, and 7 larger villas to choose from when booking. Each offers amazing views of the landscape. Inside, you'll find natural stonework, marble, and handcrafted local furniture, along with the technological amenities you expect from a luxury hotel. These include satellite TV to keep you entertained, a DVD player, and a duplex telephone line. There is also air-conditioning and Wi-Fi to keep you connected even while you're at this beautiful place. The suites and bedroom villas are perfect for those looking for more privacy and a living room to enjoy. Each of the 9 unique suites and 7 villas features a private pool and a private patio. Both offer stunning views of the bay and Coast to enjoy. Click here for more details, promotions & rates: https://www.privateupgrades.com/italy...
