Being healthy is not difficult You just have to do a few things every day and they're so simple here You have to drink water It's really important A lot of people hate water but get up and drink water first Keep a water but just drink a little bit of water every day Just hydrate The second thing you must do is get enough sleep and that's actually not difficult You can learn to sleep You need to sleep in a pitch black room When you sleep in the dark Every system of your body resets even your metabolic rate resets itself So if you can't sleep in a dark room wear shades But when you sleep in the pitch black it helps your body to regenerate and reset itself You need to add some green stuff to everything you're eating You know you should be having types of vegetables a week that's really hard But every day I think hey what can I add I could add a bit of cucumber to my breakfast I could add a little bit of green stuff somewhere It's more important to put good stuff in than to take bad stuff out So every time you're eating ask yourself this question not what do I want What does my body want That changed my life and I started to say what does my body want My body wants green stuff vegetables I don't I want fries but my body wants broccoli And by saying that I began to switch the broccoli for the fries Not all the time but most of the time exercise We'll say oh I haven't got time to exercise I haven't got room You need the space of a bath towel to exercise Get in the habit of going hey I can do the plank when I'm watching TV I can do some crunches when I'm watching television And I can do lunges while I'm cooking in the kitchen looking at my emails talking to my family So if you do those 4 things more water more green stuff in your diet more sleep and a bit of exercise moving your body you have the foundations for health You don't have to go to gym you don't have to have an organic diet it's a very nice thing you just have to add those 4 things
