Band squats + deadlifts- Dynamic effort lower body day
So this is week one of a three week wave of some dynamic effort, speed, squats, and deadlifts. Now for the speed squats, I am beginning this with a 5 x 5 with 50 % of my max wit bar weight and 25% in chains. I recently found out some of the information I was looking for on the parameters that were updated for dynamic effort day. So even though I am doing deadlifts with 5 x 5 @ 50% bar + 25% in bands, I will be changing that in the next week.
