The Walking Dead Telltale Game Walkthrough S2E5 "No Going Back" (No Commentary)
Warning The game contains strong language and scenes of violence, gore, and horror in an apocalypse setting. Summary The birth of Rebecca's son and subsequent death of the baby's mother has started a new battle for survival which promises to not end quietly. Through the harshest weather she has seen thus far, can Clementine protect the group's newest member and keep everyone she cares about alive? Bobby G's Thoughts Here is my walkthrough of The Walking Dead, an episodic adventure video game developed and published by Telltale Games. This is the definitive edition version of the game. This game is so fun and I'm glad to be able to play it! I hope you guys enjoy this walkthrough. This is the fifth and final episode of the second season. This is my favorite episode of the whole season and one of my top favorite episodes in the entire Telltale Game series. A lot has happened here and it was so impactful, especially at the end! This episode began right where the last episode left off. The group managed to kill most of the Russian people, with the exception of Arvo. Arvo's sister Natasha is dead, and he now holds a grudge against the group, but he reluctantly helped the group. This is the reason why I never trust Arvo, nor did I trust Clem. He clearly hates the group and Clem and even if you are nice to him or help him throughout this episode, he'll still shoot you in this episode. He's such a bastard and I dislike him. LOL! I loved the scene where the group chillaxed at a power station. It was a bittersweet scene overall, even if the group falls apart the next day. Kenny, despite having his hopes up again with taking care of AJ, continues to act a bit unstable at times, which again is understandable, but it can sometimes get way out of line. After Luke was killed and Clem nearly drowned in the ice sheet, Kenny angerliy starts beating the holy hell out of Arvo, thinking he has tricked them, but Jane revealed he has not and that there is food at Arvo's haven after all. My version of Clem didn't help Arvo in that situation. I don't want to get accidently backhanded by Kenny and she's just as distrusting to him as Kenny is. They found a working car outside the haven and Kenny suggested to leave Arvo behind and head north to Wellington, much to the group's disagreement. Worried of Kenny, Mike, Arvo, and even BONNIE... sneak out that night to take the car. Clementine tried to stop them, but got shot by Arvo even after she lets go of the gun! Then we get an amazing Lee flashback, which I loved so much! ^^ It was awesome seeing ol' Lee again, even if it was a flashback. Hehe! Clem later wakes up, in the car with Kenny and Jane, still wounded by the gunshot. The two of them started bickering at each other, since Jane wants to go south back to Howes, while Kenny wants to go north to find Wellington. Jane... really pushed Kenny's buttons when she suddenly talked about his family. The two of them stopped on a road block and Jane tries to convince Clem to leave Kenny behind, but she disagreed. The group got out of the car and they split up, and got separated in a blizzard. They reached a stop and they reunited, but AJ is not with them. Jane returns without the baby, tricking the others into thinking he is dead, but she only wanted Clementine to abandon her friend Kenny by causing him to fight her. She actually hid the baby and lied that he is dead in order to push Kenny's buttons. This is where my liking for Jane went away completely. I was pretty angry with Jane just as Clem was, and I didn't even had Clem help Jane in that situation. Of course, Clem does become conflicted when she picked up the gun, but she did not shoot her friend Kenny, letting him kill Jane. Of course, you can also shoot Kenny in that scene and forgive Jane and go back to Howes, but that is not the ending I wanted, nor do I agree with Jane on what she did here. What she did was super malicious period. Kenny has his faults, sure, but he's not an evil dude whatsoever, just a tragic character. Clem forgave him and the two of them finally found Wellington later on. Unfortunately, the community is not accepting new members, much to the disappointment of Clem and Kenny. Kenny attempts to get only the kids to stay, which worked. However, my version of Clem did not want to stay and leave her friend behind, being stubborn as a damn mule as Kenny put it. LOL! The episode ends with them leaving. A great way to end a great game season! ^^Anyway, make sure to like and subscribe! :) Last Episode • The Walking Dead Telltale Game Walkth...
