
High protein microwave brownie
When all you had for dinner was scraps of your kids chicken nuggets cause it was one of those nights and now it’s time for you to eat but you only want something sweet but know you need something nutrient dense…I got you 😉 • Mash one small banana or half of a large banana • 2 tbsp milk • 2 tbsp flour • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (or sweetened if that’s your preference) • 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder • 1/8 tsp baking soda • Pinch of salt • Optional: 1 tbsp maple syrup if you want something sweeter Mix it all together in one bowl (less dishes wahoo!) Then mix in a handful of chocolate chips. Put in the microwave for one minute. This can dry out if cooked too long so test after 1 minute then put it in for 20 more seconds if need be. Top again with chocolate chips straight out of the microwave. Then top with fruit of choice.
