Days after the abduction of NASA space capsule, high officials of Unites States & Soviet Union face each other at a meeting mediated by Britain. US representative argues that the hijacker spaceship is of none other than Soviet Union, which the Soviet representative strongly denies. US also threats, if same kind of incident happens at their next capsule launch scheduled in three weeks, American government will consider it as a provocation of war and will launch military strike over Soviet Union. However, the British foreign service official tells the gathering, they have information that after the incident, the unknown spaceship has landed back somewhere in the Sea of Japan ...
