Easy Kimchi Jjigae with Sulhee Jessica (Korean Kimchi Stew)

Update: dont forget pork or tuna in your kimchi jjigae!! I got to collab with one of my favorite creators Sulhee Jessica!! Not only is she one of my fav food creator, she's also a good friend I started this cooking creator journey with. We got to grow together and I remember my first collab with her I shot a video at her house with 3 of her daughters. During then, I had no kids... now 2-3 years later I have 2 sons!! I look forward to our friendship for the next 5-10+ years.
