EU chief negotiator Michel Barnier says there’s a ‘narrow path’ to Brexit deal

First there was a dead end. Now, there’s a "narrow path" to a Brexit deal. That's according to the European Union's chief Brexit negotiator, Michel Barnier. (Subscribe: https://bit.ly/C4_News_Subscribe) He told EU ambassadors in Brussels that there had been some progress on the three remaining areas of disagreement - fisheries, fair competition and how to enforce the agreement.
