Quick Easy Chia Cold Dessert Recipe! #healtyrecipe #healtydessert #breakfastideas #healthybreakfast

Ingredients for Chia Cold Dessert (Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free): 2-3 frozen strawberries Half of a small frozen peach 1 medium frozen banana 2 tablespoons of chia seeds 1 small teacup of milk 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder (you can also use cinnamon or reduce the amount of cocoa) 1 teaspoon of honey or natural sweeteners like molasses (completely optional, I don’t find it necessary, but it’s up to your taste) For Topping: 2 strawberries (optional) 1 teaspoon of raisins (optional) 0.5 or 1 teaspoon of tahini (sugar-free peanut or hazelnut butter can also be used; completely optional) Instructions: Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 1 small teacup of milk, and the cocoa powder to a bowl. Let it sit in the fridge until it reaches a pudding-like consistency (preferably prepare it the night before, but if you're short on time, you can let it sit for 1.5-2 hours). Then, place the frozen fruits in a blender or shaker and blend them together with the prepared chia pudding until smooth. (If your blender struggles to break down the fruits, you can add a little more milk). Finally, decorate the top as you like. I decorated mine with strawberries and raisins because the color was pink. I also poured tahini on top because I love it. But as I mentioned, this is entirely optional. You can also decorate it with granola, muesli, or other different toppings.
