Levocetirizine is an antihistamine (anti-allergy) which blocks the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) naturally involved in allergic reactions. Thus, it helps relieve allergy symptoms such as sneezing, running nose, watery eyes, itching, swelling, congestion, or stiffness.
