전통 영국 애플 크럼블 만들기 가을에 딱 좋은 맛있고 간단한 디저트 How to make a traditional English apple crumble Good for fall A simple dessert to prepare, packed with flavor A few other British desserts you might like 1 커스타드 & 잼 롤리-폴리 Jam roly-poly 2 홈메이드 사과 슈트루델 Homemade Apple strudel 3 전통 영국식 핫 크로스 번 Traditional Hot cross buns 4 잉글리쉬 팬케이크 English traditional pancakes Ingredients Crumble mix 230g Flour 110g Sugar (mix 100g light brown sugar 10g Dark sugar) 170g Butter (unsalted) Pinch of salt ** Optional extra -1 tsp vanilla powder/essence - I personally prefer without, as the custard has this in Apple (small 1 apple, large 3) but will depend on the dish size you are using 60-80g(large), light brown and white Sugar + a splash of water 1-2 tbsp 1 Lemon (juice & zest) 1 tsp Cinnamon ¼ tsp nutmeg 1 tsp AllSpice (iherb) 2 large tsp Corn starch Custard 600ml milk 1tsp vanilla powder (or extract) 3 egg yolks 25g White Sugar 2tsp cornflour Instructions 1 Preheat your oven 180c 2 Measure out flour and sugar and butter 3 Mix the ingredients together and using your fingertips until you have a crumb Once it is ready put it into the fridge to stay cold until you are ready to use You will see your crumble turn yellow as the butter mixes with the other ingredients You could add some vanilla, but I think you don’t need any as we have vanilla in our custard 4 Cut up your apples I use half peeled and half with the skin Cut up smaller pieces if you are using smaller dishes 5 Put them into a bowl and squeeze half a lemon over This will stop them from going brown and add flavor Make sure to cut up lots of different sizes as this just adds to the dish 6 I add the zest of half a lemon (a bigger dish then add zest from 1 lemon) 7 I season with some nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice Don’t forget to add your corn starch and mix 8 Place some sugar and water into a pan with a splash of water and allow it to boil You could use just white sugar, but I like the combination of the two sugars Don’t stir or your sugar will crystallize on the side of your pan Just swirl it in your pan 9 As it changes color add apples so they can cook and mix with the sugar and this will allow them to start to soften 10 After a few minutes, transfer your apples into your oven dish 11 Sprinkle the crumble over your apples Squeeze your crumble forming some larger chunks 12 Place into your preheated oven for 30 min or until the top of your crumble is golden brown 13 Serve with custard or ice cream or even cream 14 Enjoy with friends and family Custard 1 Heat the milk with the vanilla powder until just boiling 2 Mix together the egg yolks, sugar and cornflour in a bowl to get a smooth paste 3 Take a little of the milk from the pan and mix/ dilute with your paste 4 Then add your mixture to your milk and stir well 5 Stir constantly, on medium heat until the custard thickens 제 비디오를 좋아하신다면 구독하고 공유해 주시기 부탁드립니다 시청해 주셔서 감사하고 하나님의 축복이 있기를 바라며 다음 비디오에서 뵙겠습니다 다음에 어떤 요리를 하면 좋을지 댓글을 남겨주세요 Please subscribe, like and share with your friends ❤️ Instagram- auntieakitchen Background music- Josh Leake (Ascent) Artlist io #애플크럼블만들기 #Traditionalenglishapplecrumble #커스타드와아이스크림토핑한애플크럼블
