Fat head dough is one of my favourite recipes. It so versatile and you can make so many delicious things with this dough. I often make keto pizza and keto bagels and cinnamon rolls. For more recipe visit https://lowcarbbabe.com/ _________________________________________________________________ Ingredients: 1½ cups grated mozzarella cheese (170 g) 2 tbsp cream cheese (60 g) ¼ tsp salt ¾ cup (85 g) almond flour 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dry oregano 1 tsp dry basil 1 tsp dry Italian herbs Instructions for keto breadsticks: Place the grated mozzarella and cream cheese into a bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute then stir and microwave for another 30 seconds. Mix well. Mixture has to be nice and smooth. Add almond flour, salt, garlic and herbs and mix until well combined. If dough is too sticky add 1 TBSP almond flour Place the dough on the piece of parchment paper and flatten with your hands until ½ inch (1 cm) thick or use roller pin. If you dough still a bit sticky use parchment paper on the top.
