Add chicken cubes, mix well, and marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best flavor). Thread the chicken, bell peppers, tomatoes & onions onto skewers.Grill or cook on a stovetop pan for about 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through Egg Fried Rice Ingredients : 2 cups boil rice 4 eggs beaten 1 small cabbage chopped 4 chopped carrots 4 chopped bell peppers A cup of peas 3 tbsp White pepper 2 tbsp black pepper 2 tbsp soya sauce Salt to taste 2 tbsp chicken powder Half cup green onion chopped 3 to 4 chopped green chillies Instructions: Heat oil in a pan, scramble the eggs, and set aside. In the same pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add mixed vegetables and cook until slightly tender. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and chili sauce Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
