But that person, whether it was 5 years ago or 5 years from now, that person is you. Trust in yourself. What's happened happened. The man who said that gave his life to save me. To save the world. That man whose body i saw in that tunnel... died even with the knowledge that he won't be coming back. Nobody forced him. Nobody coerced him. The universe didn't predetermine it. There is nothing to change. You're already seeing the change! Your choices are what shape the unchangeable. He always made that choice. We all did. But choice is not the important part. The part that truly matters are the opportunities that give rise to the choices in the first place. Fact of the matter is he was always gonna choose to go back in that tunnel,.. because he believed. And because of that belief alone,.. because he had so much Faith in what we do,. Because of that, The opportunity for him to even make that choice presented itself. And I guarantee you if he wasn't that kind of a man it wouldn't be just the door remaining locked. The opportunity to succeed would've been locked too. Knowledge of oneself is a powerful tool. But don't let knowledge get the upper hand on your instincts. Don't let knowledge foster fear,..and doubt,..and make you pause, make you second guess. You go down that path and you just locked yourself out of opportunities and choices you'll never even know were there.
