INSTANT VADA@Cup_n_snacks You can make this instant Vada when you don’t have time to soak dal or you just forget to soak dal. It is very time saving and easy recipe that can we make when one has unexpected guest at home. INGREDIENTS sooji-1 cup Water-2 cup Oil-1 tbsp Urad dal-1 tsp Mustard seeds-1 tsp Salt- to taste Black pepper powder -1/2 tsp Chilly flakes-1/2 tsp Curry leaves-2 tbsp chopped Cornflour-1/4 cup Oil for frying METHOD Heat oil in a pan add Urad dal and mustard seeds. Roast them then add water to the water, add chilli flakes, salt, black pepper, powder, and curry leaves . Let it boil. Then add Sooji with continue stirring. Cook it untill Suji absorbs all the water and becomes really thick. Make sure you stir well so that it doesn’t form any lumps. Let it cool down. Then add corn flour or riceflour to it. Makes it really well. Now Greece, your hands with oil take a small ball out of this mixture and give it a shape of a vada use a finger to make a hole in the middle so that it will look like a perfect Vada. Ready all your vada from the remaining mixture . Now deep fry it, flip it carefully so that it can get Cook from all the sides. Take it out on a tissue paper and it’s ready to serve.
