Co-produced by Fuel Theatre, Chekhov’s iconic characters are relocated to 1960s Nigeria on the brink of the Biafran Civil War in this bold adaptation by Inua Ellams. The complete film is included in the National Theatre Collection 2, which will launch on Drama Online with ten filmed performances this September. A further ten titles will complete this second collection in February 2022.
