Have a good one! ☀️❤️ ❤️ If you like the recipe and want to say thanks, you can buy us a coffee - http://buymeacoffee.com/alwaysyummy ✅ Ingredients: • sugar breakfast biscuits – 10,5 oz | 300 g • unsalted butter – 6,5 oz | 180 g • cream cheese – 1,8 lb | 800 g • sweetened condensed milk – 14 oz | 397 g • lemon juice – 4 tbsp • vanilla powder - ⅓ tsp ✔︎ You will need: • springform pan Ø11 in | 24 cm • parchment paper • hand mixer or whisk • 2 bowls • blender or rolling pin 📙 Preparation: 1. Crush the biscuits with a blender or rolling pin. 2. Add the melted butter to the biscuits’ crumbs and mix well. 3. Line a springform pan bottom with a parchment paper. 4. Lay out the prepared crumbs into it and tamp evenly. 5. Put the pan into a freezer for 15 minutes. 6. Add the condensed milk, lemon juice, vanilla powder to the cream cheese and mix until smooth. 7. Lay out the cream stuff on the biscuits layer in the springform pan and even. 8. Cover the cheesecake with a food film and put into the fridge for 3-4 hours. 9.
