While this is the most fun take on the junction, "Exact Change" brought me a problem every time I tried it: the cars that approach by exiting the tunnel behind the starting point show up too soon, leaving me basically no room to get ahead of them after the first heavyweight makes it to the junction. Even so, like I mentioned, this felt like the definitive way to experience the tollbooth area of Alpine. I don't think there's any other spot used for junctions in the game that is at least as wide as this.
